RAIN!

Today's ride: Indianapolis to Richmond, IN: 73 miles, 1,600 feet of climb

Rained for the first 30 miles and the last 10 miles it started to come down pretty good.  It was in the 50s and 60s, so as long as we were moving, we were warm. The joke after the ride was "if you like today, you are going to love tomorrow" -- 105 miles with more rain.

Stopped in New Berlin, IN for our SAG stop there was a garage wtih 8 cars from 1957

About 3 miles from the hotel, Linda peeled off from our group and went to a knitting store, Ply Fiber Arts. A little Linda time. She pulled into the hotel with a bunch of new yarn and a big smile.

With over 2,400 miles done, the roads are starting to take its toll on some of the bikes. One rider cracked his carbon frame today. His sister brought him a new bike, so he won't miss any miles.  A couple of guys have had to get new rims.

The next 4 days will be a test, with the total mileage being ~380 miles with some big total ascents.
