Catalina SP to East Tucson

Sunday was a rest day, after 8 days in the saddle.

Linda's dear friend Charlotte from Kalamazoo stopped by to hike and visit.

A nice, restful day in beautiful suroundings. Rained hard all night.

Today was a short ride on mostly bike paths. Tucson, you have remarkable bike infrastructure. We will be back.

Interesting sculptures, paintings, and tile work along the route.

Tonight we are in a hotel because they start throwing 70 to 90 mile days at us with some total daily climbs above 4,500 feet.

We have lost 5 riders due to injury.

Added 2 more today that were part of the 2020 Coast to Covid ride.

Lost 2 staff members, but 2 new ones started today.

Some fascinating people with excellent stories.
