Van Horn to Marfa

Woke up this morning to howling winds. So windy the cook said go somewhere else to eat. So we walked 100 feet like a weatherman in a hurricaine for a little breakfast.

They cancelled today's ride for safety reasons and took us in vans 75 miles to Marfa, TX. Nice little art community.

The neighborhoods remind us of Park City with beautiful new homes next to some of the originals. Real eclectic feel.

Had the best burritos ever at this little joint.

They have kept some of the old beautiful architecture in great shape downtown, like the Piasano Hotel and the county courthouse in the background.

A wonderful day to walk around town and stop in some gallaries if you don't mind the wind.

Tomorrow back in the saddle and off to Marathon, TX
